Yes, all our precious metal jewellery is hallmarked by the Dublin Assay Office at Dublin Castle. This is your independent guarantee of the purity and quality of the gold or silver used in your piece.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders within Ireland typically arrive in 2-3 business days, while international shipping to the UK, USA, and Europe generally takes 5-10 business days depending on the selected service.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
