At Solvar Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
